Rates

Each individual, couple, or family session is $175.00

The PREPARE/ENRICH assessment and treatment planning is a one-time fee of $100 per couple

We offer a sliding fee scale

Payment

We accept health savings account and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Insurance

Optum (United Healthcare) and Evernorth (Cigna) are the only insurances accepted at this time.

SuperBills For Insurance Reimbursement

If your insurance is not listed, you are considered self-pay. If you would like to request direct reimbursement from your insurance company for payments made to Oasis Counseling Services, we can provide you with a monthly SuperBill. Please contact your insurance regarding your out of network benefits, their reimbursement process, and the amount allotted to you.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel at least 24 business hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged for the full rate of the session.
